This is our most popular contract option. With this plan we formulate a budget using your plans and current market prices. The price is locked in for the duration of time needed to complete your home.
Although the price is determined, you have a degree of flexibility as construction proceeds through allowances. You are provided 12 to 15 items and you may be over or under budget on these items depending on your selections. We listen to you and work with you on your finish selections and will always provide an accurate budget number for each item so you may manage your budget.
With this option you know exactly how much your home is going to cost before construction begins.
