This is also a great way to contract your new home.  With this option we take your home plans and obtain bids for all construction items.  Then we set our fee and it’s locked in.

As we go through the building process we continually update bids for all budget line items and we work with you to approve each item.  Your final price may change depending on supply and demand of materials, vendors and local and national economic conditions.
