Most lenders are going to require 10-20% down payment and full credit and income documentation for your loan. If you have owned your lot for a period of one year or longer we will be able to use the final appraised value of your home and land value on the permanent financing. This could make your cash out of pocket much lower than if you are just purchasing a lot.
